Monique Botha is a Leverhulme Research Fellow at Durham University, leading Fragile Knowledge, a funded project examining dehumanisation and interpretation bias in autism research. Their work as a community psychologist centres participatory, “Nothing About Us Without Us” approaches to neurodivergence, equality and mental health, with a strong focus on social and cultural impact.
Sinéad McNally is an Associate Professor in Early Childhood Education (Psychology) at the Dublin City University Institute of Education and Principal Investigator of the interdisciplinary Autism-Friendly Schools Research Project, funded by Research Ireland. She is Editor-in-Chief of Active Learning in Higher Education and is recognised for her highly impactful research on inclusive education across the lifespan, with a special focus on children’s early play and literacy experiences.
