Driving Culture Change
To Empower Diverse Thinkers
Project All Rise is supported by an incredible Expert
Advisory Board, featuring leading voices in Psychology, Education, Occupational
Therapy, and Advocacy.
Our guiding mission is to first show how to empower neurodivergence, and to then make these approaches culturally familiar.
Project All Rise is a purpose-led CLG (Company Limited by Guarantee) with no share capital or equity funding. The initiative will officially launch in early 2026.
Sarah Colgan
Project All Rise is Sarah’s most ambitious and personal
project to date, and is the result of a deeply-felt determination to drive
culture change around neurodiversity.
Sarah brings 15 years’ experience leading in strategic roles
across communications, partnerships, and social impact. She specialises in
devising creative strategies to shift mindsets and bring about positive change.
She has worked with MTV and the BBC in London, and RTÉ in Dublin, as well as
co-founding an Irish content agency.
Her most recent initiative, 20x20, became a national
movement for gender equity, significantly increasing participation rates,
attendances, and media coverage for women in sport. It successfully changed
cultural perceptions, winning multiple national and international awards.
A proud mother of three, she also serves on the Board of
Directors for Irish charity Daisyhouse, supporting women out of homelessness.
Knowing Myself (Taster Course)
To get the most out of it, we recommend watching it together.
We are offering a limited number of spots to preview the content and would be so grateful for your feedback.
This taster course has been created to empower a young audience with knowledge on different ways to focus and pay attention, our natural need for movement, how to honour our own needs and our own ways of doing things, as well as the concept of neurodiversity and the idea that the most typical approach doesn’t mean the best approach.
It will take 30-45 mins and is divided into video segments which you can watch at your own pace.
