Built For Neurodiversity.

Project All Rise exists to create a culture where neurodiversity is expected, appreciated, and enabled.
Not just understood. Not just accepted. Enabled.

Neurodiversity isn't new.
Our understanding is.

The science and the lived experience have advanced what we know about how different people think, learn, and process the world. But everyday life hasn't caught up. Schools, workplaces, and communities are still largely designed for one way of doing things. The gap isn't awareness. It's fluency.
We have a society that wants to be inclusive. What's missing is the confidence and the know-how to make that real in practice. That's why Project All Rise was built.
Project All Rise is not a traditional training provider. It's a cultural companion, built to do one thing differently.
We're here to bring felt understanding, not just information.
We use film, story, and lived experience to build the kind of understanding that sticks. Instead of learning about neurodiversity from the outside, people hear directly from those who live it. Insights are paired with practical examples of what enabling looks like in real settings.

Educators are asking for more support and Season 1 is built for them.

Project All Rise is made possible by separate sponsors, each supporting a different aspect of the work:

SumUp (Value of Diversity Sponsor)
EY (Futures Sponsor)
Irish Life (Wellbeing Sponsor)

It is guided by an Expert Advisory Board and Education Council of leading voices in psychology, education, occupational therapy, and advocacy.

We are a purpose-led CLG (Company Limited by Guarantee) meaning there is no equity or shareholders. We exist to deliver on our mission to show how to enable neurodiversity, and to then make these approaches culturally familiar.
