Who we are

A growing network of people working together to make neurodiversity expected, appreciated, and enabled.

Founder

Sarah brings fifteen years of experience leading in strategic communications, partnerships, and social impact. She has worked with MTV and the BBC in London and RTÉ in Dublin, and co-founded Irish content agency Along Came A Spider.

Her most recent initiative, 20x20, became a national movement for gender equity in sport. Over two years it measurably shifted cultural perceptions, increasing participation, attendance, and media coverage for women in sport across Ireland. It won multiple national and international awards.

Project All Rise is Sarah's most ambitious and personal project to date. It is built on a deeply-felt determination to drive a shift in culture around neurodiversity, and draws on everything she has learnt about how felt understanding can turn into real change.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for Irish charity Daisyhouse, supporting women out of homelessness.
